Alice is an Arkansas school teacher playing a frontier nurse at a Civil War reenactment at Fort Gibson, Oklahoma. She is married to Andrew who plays a corporal in the Union Army. I asked Alice if she enjoyed reenactments and the primitive conditions they camped in for the reenactments. She looked at her husband and told me, "No, this is not my favorite thing to do, but he enjoys it and I love being with him so that makes it all worth while."
